It can be perceived as analogical mathematics, there is a sequence to it but it is much more diverse than numeric maths.If the consciousness or spirit of a dead person can pass a message on to a Clairvoyant medium about an impending future event which has happened many times, then we have to accept that predicting future events is possible. Its the conscious mind (left brain) that cannot see beyond the now, the subconscious (Right brain) can see beyond the now. Its just a question of working those hemispheres together and trying to come to terms with the new language the right brain communicates.

In order for Psychic functioning to take place its crucial that we have left and right brain synchronization. The Two halves of the brain working in unison produces a third signal, the Theta wave. This is the frequency we experience in deep sleep or whilst in trance states. The art to true psychic functioning is to adopt the Theta wave so that we can effectively dream whilst we are awake. For some this is very easy, yet for others it maybe like learning to walk all over again. Question this, is it a coincidence that we are the only species on the planet to predominantly use just one half of our body? That's our right side, the left brain, which is connected to our physical senses which resonate in this physical place, the matter fields. It is our rational, conscious, seeing is believing, or as I perceive it, dark side of our brain. Now to acquire a true balance we also need to use our left side, right brain, the creative, symbolic analogical, intuitive side of our being opposite to that of matter, connected to a different layer of our onion, the etheric layer, its the side connected to the light.

As the Buddha in the east is aware, we need to bring dark and light together of equal proportions, the grey between the black and the white. Ying Yang.
